Tameka Foster the wife of R&B singer Usher is in the hospital in Brazil, from complications from surgery. It was reported by "Access Hollywood that the singer wife had undergone cosmetic surgery and was later placed in a medical coma, but is now stable. Usher is now in Brazil to support his wife.
