Is Jon Gosselin Fired From Show?

What's up with Jon Gosselin? First he leaves Kate, and now it seems as though he may be leaving the show as well.

Jon seems to be focused on moving on with his life and that may include leaving the popular show "Jon and Kate plus 8". Rumors are flying that Jon is in negotiations to appear in a different reality show called "Divorced Dad's Club".

There's no question that Jon appears to be trying to distance himself as quickly as possible from his associations with Kate and TLC. But does he really wish to go on another reality TV Show?
Considering how his last reality show turned out, why would Jon even consider doing another show? Well, it could be the age old culprit...money. He lost control of his income from the show by court order, and a new girlfriend, designer clothes and jet setting around the world doesn't come cheap. Not to mention the financial support he is still required to provide for his children.
If Jon is indeed looking to expand his television appearance resume by participating in the "Divorced Dad's Club", he may have legal issues raise their ugly head. He is still bound by contract with TLC for his current show and I imagine they will have something to say about him leaving them high and dry.

What started out as an intriguing story about a man a woman who loved each other and were devoted to raising their 8 children, has turned into something of a train wreck. Jon's lost his mind, Kate seems stressed to the limit, and worst of all, there's eight children who are caught in the middle of all the madness.
