Rihanna is back with an official new single titled "Russian Roulette," the first release from her upcoming album "Rated R," due out Nov. 23.The single's cover art features a topless RiRi wrapped in barbed wire.
"Rated R" is the singer's first album since 2007's multiplatinum effort "Good Girl Gone Bad." The single is her first new solo material since being assaulted by former boyfriend Chris Brown.
